Spud in Seattle

In case you missed it, quite a few of Spud's Seattle videos are up on the Spud Goodman Historical Archive.

Spud got his start in the City by the Sound. If you've been following Spud since his days in Public Access Hell, through Prime Sports Northwest , down the dial to UHF broadcast and a brief, dangerous flirt with VHF, you may appreciate these pages of memories from a time when the Spud Goodman Show was a weekly, live event in the counterculture of Pugetopolis.

One of the high points of Spud's career was interviewing Seattle legends JP Patches and Gertrude. Hear the complete interview with viewer call-ins and audience banter.

Almost Live host John Keister hangs out in the control room during a broadcast of Spud's live TCI Cable show.

At KING 1090 he was a liberal. At 570 KVI he was a conservative. How he's the new host of paranormal guru Art Bell's program... Is Mike Siegel an ALIEN?

KCTS-9's George Ray came by to host a pledge drive for Spud. Although the renowned Public Broadcasting huckster was only able to raise pocket change for Spud, it far exceeded anything Spud's received from any sponsor. Hear George Ray's pledge drive pitch.
